Pricing questions answered
A ticket is any question submitted to the Inkeep agent, whether through Slack, Discord, web widget or API. Questions your existing ticketing system routes to a human without Inkeep touching them are not counted. You can set a monthly cap on API usage to prevent billing surprises.
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required. You can connect up to 3 knowledge sources, deploy to Slack or your docs site, and get a real sense of the deflection rate before you pay anything.
We will notify you by email when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. If you go over, the agent continues to work and we bill the overage at a per-ticket rate listed in your plan details. You can also choose to auto-upgrade to the next tier, which we recommend for teams growing quickly.
Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months and gives you a 20% discount over monthly pricing. Starter drops to $239/mo ($2,868/yr) and Team drops to $559/mo ($6,708/yr). Annual plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
